General Shipping Charges
Shipping charges within Jamaica normally range between $300JMD to $1600 JMD, depending on the location, weight and the shipping method selected. Shop876kids offers our customers subsidized flat rate shipping regardless of weight.
Verification of Billing & Shipping Information
Verification- All billing & shipping information has to be verified before the order can be processed. You will be contacted via email if your information cannot be verified.
Shipping delays
The delivery times are estimated as from time to time shipping delays can occur. Once shipped by a third-party courier, we will provide the necessary tracking numbers/courier bill numbers so that you may track your deliveries. For Company Bearers, we will notify you via the contact information you provide regarding any issues with your order or delivery.
Failed Deliveries
Failed Deliveries- You will incur an additional JMD $1500 charge for any returned packages by our carrier because of an invalid shipping address or absent authorized recipient at the delivery address.
Authorized recipients
- It’s important to note that only you, your designated pickup person or other authorized recipient the order will be able to pick up or receive the delivery.
- National IDs will be required.
- You may indicate your alternative pick up person or authorized recipient during the check out process on the shipping page.
General Delivery Procedures
The requirements may differ per courier, however at a minimum the following applies:
- Packages will only be handed to the purchaser or person authorized by the purchaser.
- An ID must be presented to the courier/bearer to facilitate delivery.
- The items should be inspected for accuracy of order and that received in good condition.
- Items must be signed for.

Shop876kids uses Tara Courier, Jamaica Post (Zip mail), Knutsford Express and Shop876kids company bearers. From time to time, we may need to utilize independent bearer companies depending on the demand. Please see general information below, the companies may change their procedures at any time without notice.
TARA
- Delivery Areas: Island wide
- Delivery Options: Door to door delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days after verification.
- Delivery requirements: ID must be presented by either yourself or your authorized recipients.
- Please note (Weekend): Tara Courier, who handles our Door to Door deliveries, do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays and as such orders placed after 10:00 am on Thursdays will be scheduled for a Monday delivery.
Jamaica Post (Zip mail)

- Zipmail door to door delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days after verification.
- Pick-up requirements- ID must be presented by either yourself or your authorized recipients
Knutsford Express
- Delivery Options: Pick-up at Knutsford Express locations
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 days after verification. Packages travel on next available space.

- Pick-up requirements
- Consignee must present bill number and national/ business ID on collection
- Storage Fee- will apply if a package is not picked up within 3 days of arriving at the destination and will be at your cost.

- Delivery Options
- Door to door Express – Next business day delivery (inclusive of Saturdays). Express delivery is based on the time that the order is placed on Shop876kids website.
- Door to door Regular- 2 business days (inclusive of Saturdays)
- Delivery Requirements
- Packages will only be handed to the purchaser or person authorized by the purchaser.

- The items should be inspected for accuracy of order and that received in good condition. We are not responsible for damages caused from the courier process by third party couriers.
